Founded in 1993 in a converted barn in Corrales and now based in Albuquerque, Red Rock Roasters is a long-standing family-owned specialty coffee roaster known for its high quality, conscientiously sourced beans. The company focuses on ethically produced, Organic and Fair Trade coffees, including their popular House Blend coffee and Mexico Chiapas coffee, roasting beans at high altitude to highlight unique flavor profiles and ensure consistent freshness. Over the decades, Red Rock Roasters has earned recognition for its craftsmanship, producing award-worthy single origin coffees and classic blends that appeal to a wide range of coffee lovers. The roastery also supports sustainability and community causes, emphasizing fair practices from farmer to cup.
